Salut
Hi
Introducing my new/old Soviet-made bike, the XB3 Tourist. That's why 1977 was the year of the launch of this model, which was produced in the fifties. Below is a brochure in several languages, including French, so you can read the technical data first hand.
The reason for stopping the bike is also known. Slow-moving gears and pinions have fallen due to poor quality or improper installation. It must be reassembled.
I wonder why there is no "made in CCCP" on my bike under the saddle of the sticker, as you can see on an orange export bike. Well, my bike comes from the domestic market, so there is no inscription on the bike and the quality is probably worse, although the paint is metallic. Original tires since January 1977. Soviet air in the interior pipes - from Kharkov
In short, I return it to its working condition, while keeping as much as possible of the original.
If you have any questions, write to me and I will answer you if I know the answer.
I am sorry for this unusual entry, but the Soviet bicycle deserves to be described in its native language.
The first unofficial photos of the first owner. More pictures when I get this bike.
